This A4-sized notebook with burgundy-coloured recycled leather cover comes from Art Box, a small Sussex-based company specialising in the production of innovative gift stationery.

Art Box have been making their recycled leather products since the early nineties and their ethos reflects a strong environmental sensitivity.

All of the recycled leather comes from the cut-offs and waste in the leather manufacturing process which is reformed in a mill in much the same way as paper. The surface colours and screen-prints are water-based and all the paper used is high grade recycled paper and board from British paper mills.
