Charlie High Designs

Brighton-based jeweller, Charlie High, has a deep-rooted interest in the environment and organic forms which heavily influences her stunning silver jewellery. Her pieces are both visually enticing and wonderfully tactile, evident in the variety of surface textures she adopts. Charlie typically creates pretty weighty jewellery, yet each piece has a true balance to it making it extremely comfortable to wear.
Charlie first started making jewellery in 1995 while teaching in Lisbon, Portugal. She has an impressive CV, where she studied jewellery design at Chelsea College, London, followed by an HND in Jewellery at Sir John Cass. She has completed a City & Guilds course in ‘Jewellery and Silversmithing’ at Chichester College, followed by Fine Jewellery at Advanced Level.
