floating silver boat limited edition sculpture

This enchanting boat sculpture stands on a block of granite. It is designed, signed and handmade by Bertil Vallien and by the masters at Kosta Boda glassworks.

A magical dream is depicted by a multitude of figures and shapes cast into the boat. The hull of the boat has a silver foil finish which reflects light back out of the boat bringing the creation to life.

Floating silver boat is from a Limited Edition series of 500. Bertil Vallien is one of a mere handful of talented glass-artists who enjoy worldwide fame.
